Changing your mindset and relationship about food will give you the foundation you absolutely need to make real changes that will stick. Mish Mindset is a 4 week program that transforms the way you think about food. It is conducted Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30 virtually, and will be recorded to watch on your own time, or rewatch. We are currently enrolling for our October class which begins October 1st (we will be skipping Oct 8th for those who observe Yom Kipper)
