How long have you been coming to Nutrish Mish? What made you start?

I started coming to Nutrish Mish in July, 2018 because I was determined to lose weight and keep it off. Other programs that I tried did not help me accomplish this goal.

What has been the biggest transformation you have seen in yourself?

I lost my belly fat and can finally see my toes!

What made this time different then other times you have tried to get healthier or lose weight?

I have lost weight and kept it off even during the holidays! No more yo-yo weight results on scale.

What advice would you have for someone just starting with Nutrish Mish?

Set realistic goals. You will not lose 20 pounds in 4 weeks. Do not force yourself to eat foods that you don’t like. Listen to your Nutristionista.

Favorite NM Recipe/Product?

Slow Cooker Turkey Meatballs, Carrot Fries, Tropical Shrimp Stir-Fry.
