Membership Packages may not be shared or transferred.
No refunds are accepted on products or services after purchase. Packages are activated once materials have been distributed. In extenuating circumstances at NMi’s discretion in the event that a refund is warranted pro rating will always be done using single non discounted session pricing. Some packages are billed using monthly progress payments against a full package price. The billing and payment is not contingent on use. Once contracted NMi provides the necessary infrastructure to accommodate increased booking and as such will collect full payment.
Cancelations are required 24 hours before appointment. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in loss of that session. No shows will also result in loss of a session.
Packages may be put on freeze in extenuating circumstances and require a written request which must be approved in writing.
Performance Package
Performance package activates on the day the first session was used and must be paid in full. Sessions in the one month performance package are comprised of four in office sessions and expire after eight weeks. Sessions in the two month performance package are comprised of eight sessions and expire after twelve weeks. Sessions in the three month performance package are comprised of twelve sessions and expire after sixteen weeks. Sessions cannot be reinstated past expiration date.
Maintenance Package:
Performance package activates on the day the first session was used and must be paid in full. Package can be used by one person only and cannot be shared or transferred. Sessions in the 4 pack are comprised of 4 in office sessions and expire one year after package is activated. Sessions in the 8 pack are comprised of 8 in office sessions and expire one year after package is activated. Sessions in the 12 pack are comprised of 12 in office sessions and expire one year after package is activated. Sessions cannot be reinstated past expiration date.
Concierge:
Concierge service is a month-to-month membership. Membership begins the first day of your first session. Monthly dues will be deducted automatically on the same day each month. Membership includes up to 4 appointments, no more then once a week per month. Cancelation requires written request and must be given seven days prior to next payment cycle.
Accelerated:
Accelerated program is paid in one initial installment and 5 additional installments. Package is activated the day of the first session. Payment will be automatically deducted on the same day for 5 consecutive months. Accelerated program is up to four in office sessions per month, no more then one time per week.
