How long have you been coming to Nutrish Mish? What made you start?
I’ve (Rob) been coming to NM since August 2018 after I saw how great my wife was doing on the program. She started coming over a year ago and wanted to lose some weight and maintain it.
What has been the biggest transformation you have seen in yourself?
We’re excited about how good we feel and how much we enjoy an active life style-spin classes, walking/jogging, and completing several 5Ks this past year!
What made this time different then other times you have tried to get healthier or lose weight?
Slow and steady weight loss is much better than losing quickly but not keeping the pounds off. We learned affirming self-talk to keep us motivated.
What advice would you have for someone just starting with Nutrish Mish?
Commit to taking care of your health-it needs to be a life-long decision. For us, we desire to be healthy so that we can be active for many years!
