How long have you been coming to Nutrish Mish? What made you start?

I have been coming to Nutrish Mish for 2 months. I was inspired by my friend Dianne Martin. Dianne and I have known each other from our gym for several years. She told me she was working with a nutritionist and had learned so much from her.

What has been the biggest transformation you have seen in yourself?

I'm enjoying the way I look in my clothes. I didn't have much weiight to lose, but I wanted my clothing to fit better. I've enjoyed doing this in a very healthy way.

What made this time different then other times you have tried to get healthier or lose weight? 

This program helps you lose weight in a healthy way. You're eating real foods in the right combinations, at the right times of day. You're learning lifetime healthy habits - not a quick fix.

What advice would you have for someone just starting with Nutrish Mish?

 My advice for a new Nutrish Mish member... enjoy your new eating habits. Be patient, stay on track, enjoy your indulgences. You will learn how good food can really taste.

Favorite NM Recipe/Product?

My favorite NM recipe is the eggplant pizza and the spinach & feta turkey burger.
