How long have you been coming to Nutrish Mish? What made you start?
I have been going for a little over a year now. I went to one of Michelle's nutrition workshops because I was in need of a change and everything she said made sense so i decided to go for it!
What has been the biggest transformation you have seen in yourself?
I feel better about myself and feel more comfortable in my skin. I definitely feel much better, mentally and physically. I am much healthier and I feel much more comfortable with my food choices.
What made this time different then other times you have tried to get healthier or lose weight?
I got so much support with joining Nurtish Mish that I feel like I can handle making the right food choices. It’s not a chore to eat right anymore. It’s a lifestyle.
What advice would you have for someone just starting with Nutrish Mish?
Listen to the advice you are given and don’t put too much pressure on yourself. All good changes take time and patience. And Always be kind to yourself because you are worth it!
Favorite NM Recipe/Product?
Balsamic roasted vegetables and pesto chicken.
