How long have you been coming to Nutrish Mish? What made you start?
I have been coming to nutrish mish since March. I decided to come to Nutrish Mish after on and off “dieting” trying everything in the book – whole 30, weight watchers, keto ect with no long term success while work my butt off working out but not seeing the results I wanted.
What has been the biggest transformation you have seen in yourself (mindset wise, habit wise, etc)?
One of the biggest transformations I have seen in myself is my new found love for cooking! I even enjoy cooking my indulgences instead of eating out (I still eat out obviously but I would chose to cook now instead if I have the option!) where as before nutrish mish I would eat out constantly.
What made this time different then other times you have tried to get healthier or lose weight?
My mindset is no longer “dieting” and more of healthier habits and still having the ability to eat what I want / not feel deprived. I never think of a food as “ I can’t eat this” anymore. I told Danielle the first day that I love cheese and cant give it up and she said I wouldn’t have to give up anything and that is true! I eat cheese almost every day and still was able to lose weight.
What advice would you have for someone just starting with Nutrish Mish?
Nutrish Mish works if you give it time! At first I would get frustrated when I fluctuated week to week but I learned that there is always a reason for that (water retention!) and in the end I would still end up losing weight. It wont happen overnight especially if you want to keep it off so patience is key!
Favorite NM Recipe/Product?
I was never a big steak eater until recently and part of that is from the nutrish mish pepper steak recipe. It is a weekly staple for me!
