How long have you been coming to Nutrish Mish? What made you start?
6 months. I needed to lose weight and wanted to find a healthy sustainable way of life not a fad diet.
What has been the biggest transformation you have seen in yourself?
The way I eat and view food. I stick to eating my meals the same time each day, more aware of portion size, and balance my protein, healthy carbs & fats at every meal.
What made this time different then other times you have tried to get healthier or lose weight?
The simplicity and helpful guides and recipes that nutrishmish provides along with my informative meetings with Kim who holds me accountable but never makes me feel bad. And always encourages me to use my indulgences! Thank you KIM!!!
What advice would you have for someone just starting with Nutrish Mish?
Listen to your coach and always be honest writing in your food journal. This way your can learn from your coach what changes need to be made and you will get all the benefits of feeling healthy and losing weight and never feeling hungry.

So Many….Eggroll in a bowl, BBQ Peach Quesdadilla, Vege Chili, Shrimp Mango salad, Coconut Shrimp, grilled Zucchini Nachos, Shepards pie with Mashed Cauliflower, Nutrishmish protein powders ….

Drink your water!
Pair carbs with protein!
Being good 85% of the time allowed me to still enjoy some of my favorite meals out and my wine!
