How long have you been coming to Nutrish Mish? What made you start?
I started coming to Nutrish Mish in July 2018. After having my 3rd baby it became a lot harder for me to take the weight off. Throughout my adult life I always struggled to be consistent with my weight. Name the diet- I have tried it! As a full time working mother of 3 kids- I was finally ready to make a life style change.
What has been the biggest transformation you have seen in yourself?
I didn’t believe it but cravings do stop! I used to think that taking a handful of M & M’s or a bite size Snickers bar wouldn’t make a difference- but it does! Having 3 kids in the house there are a lot of snacks but I am not interested in them nor do I crave them like I used to.
What made this time different then other times you have tried to get healthier or lose weight?
For the first time I was able to understand how the human body worked. I was not just told what to eat but why and when I should be eating. I also have a lot more energy and motivation to work out which helped me lose over 20 pounds!
What advice would you have for someone just starting with Nutrish Mish?
Planning and logging are so important! I take time each week to plan my meals and snacks. I also take time on Sundays to meal prep.
Favorite NM Recipe/Product?
I love the chocolate protein powder- better than any other product I have used in the past. I find all of the recipes very easy to follow with little ingredients which makes my life easier!
