I believe since May ( not sure )
What has been the biggest transformation you have seen in yourself?
Besides the weight loss, I can tell that I have changed the way I see food. Better habits and knowledge of what to and what not
What made this time different then other times you have tried to get healthier or lose weight?
I was able to lose weight eating anything I want just in appropriate portions and I have been able to maintain it
What advice would you have for someone just starting with Nutrish Mish?
It’s the best way to go because its easy to follow and maintain
