How long have you been coming to Nutrish Mish? What made you start?

I started coming to Nutrish Mish in May of 2016. I was working out just about every day since January and I weighed the same as I did when I joined my gym. I had come across a Groupon for Nutrish Mish and thought “Why not? I’ve got nothing to lose but the weight!”

 

What has been the biggest transformation you have seen in yourself?

I have changed in so many ways. I’ve lost weight and I’ve gained confidence! I am physically and mentally stronger! I have learned how to plan ahead and make my nutrition a priority!

 

What made this time different then other times you have tried to get healthier or lose weight?

My nutritionista! Michelle always helped me to plan for the week. I would sit down and tell her my schedule and she taught me how to plan for the unexpected, the busy, and the downright crazy weeks I had ahead! Without her I would not have come as far as I have.

 

What advice would you have for someone just starting with Nutrish Mish?

You can and you will! Take one day at a time. Write everything down … the good, the bad, and the ugly! Listen to your nutristionista! They know what they are talking about!

 

Favorite NM Recipe/Product?

I love the Crockpot BBQ Chicken and the BBQ Chicken and Peach Quesadillas (even though I originally told Michelle that I would never try them!)

This isn’t a diet for me. It is a lifestyle change! There is no going back; only moving forward!
