How long have you been coming to Nutrish Mish? What made you start?
I have been with Nutrish Mish for about 8 months. Last year I started feeling very sluggish, not happy with the way I looked, was not eating properly, skipping meals and eating late at night. I have friends that started with Nutrish Mish and saw amazing results and thought I would give it a try.
What has been the biggest transformation you have seen in yourself (mindset wise, habit wise, etc)?
Losing more than my goal weight and keeping it off. I don’t feel like I’m trying to squeeze into the jeans I always fit in and don’t feel like I have a muffin top anymore.
What was a misconception you had before starting Nutrish Mish? In what way has your mindset on food/nutrition/health changed?
When I started with Nutrish Mish I thought to myself, “Great here is a diet that I’m going to be eating planned meals, no going out to dinner, no alcoholic beverages on a summer night.” I was completely wrong! With the indulgences I have I don’t feel like I’m on a diet. I can eat meals my family eats and don’t have to prep my own meals like most diets do.
What made this time different then other times you have tried to get healthier or lose weight?
I have tried to lose weight with pills, skipping meals and eating only three times a day. In the beginning it took time to get used to logging my meals and measuring my food, but it helped keep me accountable for what I was having.
What advice would you have for someone just starting with Nutrish Mish?
This isn’t a diet but a life changing experience that ANYONE can do. You don’t have to change your lifestyle, you don’t have to prepare meals. I never thought that I could lose the weight and reach my goal weight in such a short amount of time.
Favorite Recipe/ NM Product?:
I love NM vanilla protein shakes with some organic frozen fruit. I have many recipes I love but my favorite is the Eggplant pizzas,

Joining Nutrish Mish has been a life changing experience. I learned so much from Kim Tierney and I can’t thank her enough for helping me reach my goals and teaching me how to eat healthy!!
