Ever want to make waffles from scratch but it's just too much of a hassle to get out all the ingredients...or you don't even have all of the ingredients? This waffle is made with THREE staple ingredients and is packed with 30g of protein and has only 1g of carbohydrate.

-1 scoop NM Vanilla Protein Powder
-1 egg
-1 tsp baking powder
-water to desired consistency (about 1-2 tbsp)
- optional: 3 tbsp greek yogurt or mashed banana (texture is light and airy so adding this will add density if you prefer waffles that way)


  1. Preheat waffle iron and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Add protein powder, egg and baking powder to a small bowl. Add water slowly to make a thick waffle batter
  3. Pour batter into waffle iron and cook for time recommended by your waffle iron

Top with fruit, nuts/nut butter, or any of your favorite toppings!
