How long have you been coming to Nutrish Mish? What made you start? 

I’ve been coming to Nutrish Mish for about 6 months now. Being a vegetarian, I wanted learn how to eat better with more of a protein-based diet as well as drop a few pounds. 

What has been the biggest transformation you have seen in yourself (mindset wise, habit wise, etc)?

My mindset & habits have completely changed. I now think twice before I choose what to eat. I went from eating out every single day, to maybe only once a week. 

What made this time different then other times you have tried to get healthier or lose weight?

I used to think you could eat anything you want as long as you work it off at the gym and I’ve learned that is completely untrue. I would work out endlessly and not see any results. weight loss is really 80% of what you eat and Nutrish Mish has made that so easy.

What advice would you have for someone just starting with Nutrish Mish?

Be patient and really trust the system. With time you will see the results you want and it will be so rewarding.

Favorite NM Product/Recipe?

The protein powder is the best I ever had! I love using it to make the Scotts peanut butter balls. They taste like pure cookie dough and it’s a quick meal or snack for when I’m in a rush.
