How long have you been coming to Nutrish Mish? What made you start?
My friend, Jill Schneider referred me to Nutrish Mish for my daughter who was away at college. In November, I decided I needed a change and started with Richael at Nutrish Mish.
What has been the biggest transformation you have seen in yourself?
The biggest transformation that I feel is that I am very satisfied with the food I am eating. I eat a wide variety of foods from different recipes that Richael gives me which I never get bored from.
What made this time different for you?
This program was different for me cause I didn't have to feel hungry in order to lose weight.
What advice would you have for someone just starting with Nutrish Mish?
The advice I would give to someone just starting with Nutrish Mish is to take advantage of all of the recipes. They are absolutely amazing! Also, read through all of the information you are given. Be accountable, don't cancel your session after a bad weekend.
Favorite NM Recipe/Product?
My favorite recipes are the cauliflower pizza, spaghetti squash lasagna and the shrimp with spaghetti squash in the pesto sauce. These recipes are so good that I actually enjoy eating at home rather then going out for dinner.
