How long have you been coming to Nutrish Mish? What made you start?
I have been attending weekly sessions and weigh-ins since the very end of August right before Labor Day weekend.
What has been the biggest transformation you have seen in yourself?
I want to say that I have noticed a decrease in inches around most parts of my body, but mostly around my mid-section. I have more energy!!!
What made this time different then other times you have tried to get healthier or lose weight?
I have definitely developed a connection with Richael DelGatto who has been extremely encouraging and supportive. I enjoy the protein shakes; the cravings have dissipated and I feel more satiated with the healthy recipes that I have been preparing under the tutelage of Richael. It is much more fun than in the past to cook and actually enjoy the results of what I am producing in the kitchen. I have eliminated frozen meals that do not fill me up, I am so much more conscious to not eat the main meal past 7 PM.
What advice would you have for someone just starting with Nutrish Mish?
Do something worthwhile for you!!!! When you take care of yourself you can do so much more for others!! Nutrish Mish teaches to plan, because when we do we eliminate the potential to fail. Now, I wake up and look forward to planning my meals day by day based on the food shopping that I did for that particular week.
Favorite NM Recipe/Product?
I really must say the cauliflower fried rice. Before coming to Nutrish Mish I would entertain the thought and did desire to eat some fried foods. However, once I learned how to substitute healthier choices I feel so much better about what I am eating on a day to day basis.

It feels so great to be back in control of myself! When I do have an indulgence I fit it into the week and do not feel guilty about it!
