Congrats to our Transformation Tuesday rockstar this week, Kerri!

How long have you been coming to Nutrish Mish? What made you start? 
I started in February 2019.   I started because I wanted to drop a few pounds and learn more about nutrition.  I always exercised and ate healthy but I was an emotional eater.

What has been the biggest transformation you have seen in yourself? 
I have learned how to manage my emotional eating/snacking.  I also eat in the morning, which has always been something that I didn’t do.  I plan on always keeping a food journal.

What made this time different then other times you have tried to get healthier or lose weight? 
I would lose weight and then go back to my old ways. I am making healthy choices daily. It is a manageable lifestyle change that I can do.  I have more energy and feel great.  

What advice would you have for someone just starting with Nutrish Mish?  
Always use your food journal.  Don’t give up if you have a bad day/week.

Favorite NM Recipe/Product?
For me, the chicken and lentil skillet.  My family loves the Crock Pot Chicken low mein.

Anything else you would like to add: 
I learned so much from Richael.  I look forward to my appointments with her.  I plan on using all the tools that she has given me to succeed.
