How long have you been coming to Nutrish Mish? What made you start?
I started going to see Michelle in July of this year , I was so frustrated with my weight and the way I had been feeling . I knew I needed help figuring out what foods were going to feed my body and be satisfying while also being healthy .
What has been the biggest transformation you have seen in yourself?
The biggest transformation I have seen in myself is the ability to plan all my meals for the week , and eat all my meals in the day so that I'm not hungry and then make bad eating decisions at night .
What made this time different then other times you have tried to get healthier or lose weight?
Michelle has taught me how to eat the proper foods to fuel my body throughout the day , I'm eating more often , working out more and just feel amazing which has made the process easy to stick to .
What advice would you have for someone just starting with Nutrish Mish?
Go to the grocery store with a list . Pre plan all your meals and have them ready . Try to write everything down in your journal this way you can track what and when you are eating . It is a journey that takes time , you will have great weeks and not so great weeks - just keep on trying !!!
