How long have you been coming to Nutrish Mish? What made you start?
A: I started Nutrish Mish back in December of 2019. I went to one free consultation a year or so prior and enjoyed the experience but at the time was paying for college. After college, I decided to go back. I didn’t know how to shop in a grocery store as to what was really “healthy” vs. not. I always ate well but needed adjustments on the times to eat and what I could do to improve my overall health.
What has been the biggest transformation you have seen in yourself (mindset wise, habit wise, etc)?
A: The biggest transformation I have seen so far is time management for when to eat, and to eat a Blue, Red, and Yellow during every big meal.
What made this time different then other times you have tried to get healthier or lose weight?
A: My goal was to not focus too much on what the scale showed, but to feel an actual difference and to be healthy. I would always try to cut out sugar and carbs but then I would always fall back into old habits. I have more self-control and save my indulgences for when I truly want them.
What advice would you have for someone just starting with Nutrish Mish?
A: To definitely ask questions and not to feel ashamed of how you look, or what the number on the scale shows you. Take notes on key points that are new to you, so you don’t forget it. You’re on the road to improvement!!
Favorite NM Recipe/Product?
I have not found any recipe so far that I didn’t enjoy! I love the Pepper steak and so does my family!!
