What's better than grilled food? Grilled food on a stick! The possibilities are endless, here are some of our favorites:

Hawaiian Chicken:

What you'll need: cubed chicken, cubed pineapple, light teriyaki sauce/stir fry sauce, bell peppers and onions cut into 1 inch squares.
-Marinate chicken in sauce for at least 30 minutes. 
-Thread chicken, peppers, pineapple, and onions onto skewers (if you're using wooden skewers, soak for around 30 minutes first), and grill until chicken is cooked.

Cajun Shrimp:

What you'll need: 1lb shrimp, cayenne, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano
-Combine 1 tsp each of salt, cayenne, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and oregano in a small bowl and mix together.

-Toss 1 lb of shrimp in 2 tbsp olive oil and mix in spices until shrimp is evenly coated.
-thread shrimp onto skewers and grill about 5 minutes total, flipping half way through

Caprese Salad Skewers

What you'll need: fresh mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes cut in 1/2, fresh basil, balsamic vinager
-Thread mozzarella, tomato, and basil leaves onto skewers, season with salt & pepper, and drizzle with balsamic vinager.

Sriracha Tofu & Grilled Veggie Kabobs 

What you'll need: 8oz cubed tofu, sriracha, sesame oil, zucchini slices, red bell pepper and onions cut into 1 inch cubes, baby bella mushrooms, sliced.
-Place cubed tofu, zucchini, red bell pepper, onions, and mushrooms in a bowl, toss with 2 tbsp sriracha and 1.5 tbsp sesame oil, salt & pepper to taste.
-Thread onto skewers and grill about 10 minutes

Pepper Steak Kabobs

What you'll need: 1lb flank steak cubed, low sodium soy sauce, garlic, green bell pepper, white onion
-Marinate steak for at least 1 hour in 1/4  cup low sodium soy sauce, minced garlic (about 3 cloves), and 2 tbsp olive oil.

-Thread cubed steak onto skewers with green bell pepper and white onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
-brush each skewer with the marinade and grill on medium high heat for 3 minutes each side or until steak is cooked to desired doneness.

Teriyaki Salmon Skewers

What you'll need: salmon fillet, light teriyaki sauce, lemon juice
-Simply cut raw salmon into cubes, brush with light teriyaki sauce and lemon juice
-Cook about 4 minutes per side over medium high heat, until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Chicken Sausage & Peppers

What you'll need: Pre-cooked chicken sausage links chopped, bell peppers and white onion, cut into 1 inch squares
-Simply take your favorite pre-cooked chicken sausage, chop and thread onto skewers with peppers, onions, and any other desired veggies. Drizzle with a little bit of oil and grill until peppers and onions becomes soft.
