Nutrish Mish has taught me how to eat properly & healthy. Her plans (not diets) are very easy to follow & understand. I went from hardly eating to eating multiple times a day and what a difference. Not only have I lost the remaining pounds I was trying to shed, I lowered my body fat & got my acid reflux under control!! Michelle is always there to keep me motivated and on track. When I feel myself slipping back to my old ways she is supportive and non-judgmental. She gets me back on track to reaching my goals. When I have those days that I just can’t see for myself the progress I have made Michelle always comes up with a new way to open my eyes & see me for me. I now feel more confident, healthy and motivated then I ever have before. I always look forward to our meetings! Thank you Michelle for all your help & support! You Rock!!!
