If you're craving some cake for your mid-day snack, look no further! This cake is a protein packed snack that will give you your sweet fix and feels like you are eating an indulgent treat! Fluffy and amazing.
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tbsp NM Whey Protein Powder of choice
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tbsp plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp stevia
Mix all of the ingredients. Pour in a sprayed mug and microwave for 1:30-2:00 minutes.
For "frosting" (optional), mix a dollop of greek yogurt with some stevia and 1-2 tbsp vanilla or strawberry protein powder and top your cake! Either leave it in the mug and eat it out of there, or turn it upside down onto a plate before adding the frosting.
