A born and raised Jersey girl, Shawna strongly believes that each person is unique and that education & empowerment are the biggest assets to a person's healing journey. An avid yogi since 1997, Shawna promotes the body's natural state of wellness with an emphasis on the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional connection.
