I went to nm bc anything I was doing that used to work wasn't and instead I gained weight and was getting concerned... my journey has been filled with some smooth sailing and many bumps... even with those bumps I know I have still made more healthy choices than I used too and I'm finding my new normal and hope that I am on the way to smooth sailing again
