-1 scoop NM Vanilla Protein Powder
-1 tsp baking powder
-water to desired consistency (about 1-2 tbsp)
- optional: 3 tbsp greek yogurt or mashed banana (texture is light and airy so adding this will add density if you prefer waffles that way)
- Preheat waffle iron and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add protein powder, egg and baking powder to a small bowl. Add water slowly to make a thick waffle batter
- Pour batter into waffle iron and cook for time recommended by your waffle iron
Top with fruit, nuts/nut butter, or any of your favorite toppings!
