As a life long nutrition and wellness advocate, Deanna is dedicated to bringing the joy of healthful living to others. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics from Queens College where she studied the scientific foundations of proper nutrition and how to incorporate them into everyday life. Deanna's focus is to treat each individual as a whole, which requires balancing healthy eating with a healthy body and mind. To express this intention, she became a Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT-200) and has found these ideologies to naturally intertwine with her nutrition education. Using these tools, she promotes developing realistic goals for real-life settings, maintaining positive relationships with food and our bodies, and, most importantly, living life to the fullest!

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is a continuous balance that requires daily commitment, open-mindedness and self love! When you are just starting out, be kind to yourself and stay committed to your goals. Small steps, trips and falls, getting up and dusting yourself off - it's all a part of the journey. Just keep going!
